Upshifting your Workplace Culture: Tools for career trailblazers

In discussions about employers, employees and with our job seekers we often forget to pay attention to our own workplaces. In addition to being career development professionals, we are also leaders, managers, employees, team members and colleagues. How healthy are our workplace cultures? How can simple tools make a significant difference in the relationships you have within your workplace?

Join Lisa Taylor in this practical, interactive workshop to explore your own level of workplace engagement and experiment with tools that unlock deeper relationships, authentic partnerships and more fun at work.

Tribal Leadership and ProSocial behaviours are two of the tools that can create “life is great” workplace experiences. Simple and easy to apply – even in moments that have you feeling like “my life sucks!”

Curious about the language and tools? Come ready for frank discussions and supportive fellowship.
